Hi, I’m Ashley Jay Sanchez, the owner and full-time pet sitter behind Purrs & Paws Pet Sitting LLC. I understand that your pets are family, and I’m dedicated to providing them with the best care possible while you’re away.
With years of experience caring for a diverse range of animals—including dogs, cats, bunnies, and senior pets requiring extra attention—I specialize in personalized pet care that prioritizes comfort, companionship, and routine. I also have experience working with shy or anxious pets who may need extra patience and understanding.
My passion for animals began long before I became a professional pet sitter. I have personally fostered over 20 cats and 10 dogs, collaborating with my college’s Animal Rescue Organization to help them find loving homes. This experience, along with caring for my own rescue pets, has deepened my understanding of compassionate pet care and shaped my approach to looking after every pet as if they were my own.
Whether it’s daily dog walks, cat care visits, extended house-sitting, or boarding, I ensure each pet receives the love, attention, and care they need to stay happy and healthy while you’re away.

Drop-in Visits
Flexible visits for pets who need companionship, feeding, fresh water and a little extra attention during your busy day. Dogs can enjoy a bathroom break or a short walk, and cats receive calm interaction, playtime or quiet company based on their personality. This service is ideal for long work days or social commitments.

Dog Care:
- 30 minute visit = $25.00 per visit
- 45 minute visit = $35.00 per visit
- 60 minute visit = $42.00 per visit
- Puppy Rate = +$5.00 per visit
- Additional Dog = +$15.00 per visit
Cat Care:
- 30 minute visit = $22.00
- 45 minute visit = $30.00
- 60 minute visit = $40.00
- Additional Cat = +$10.00 per visit
Holiday Rate = $32.00 (30 min visit)
Dog Walking
Professional dog walking services tailored to your pet’s energy level and exercise needs. Walks include neighborhood routes, light playtime and positive reinforcement to support good leash manners. This service focuses on structured exercise and fresh air to keep your dog healthy and happy.
Important Note:
Dog walking is for exercise only and does not include feeding, medication or other in home care. If you would like a walk paired with feeding or additional tasks, I offer Drop-in Visits which include all care within the scheduled time.

House Sitting
Comfortable care for pets who love staying in their own home.
I provide full in home care, including feeding, exercise, medication administration, companionship, and plenty of affection. Your pets enjoy their routine while you enjoy peace of mind.

- Holiday Rate = $90.00 per night
Extended Care = 50% – 100% nightly rate
House-sitting rate is based on a 24-hour period from the scheduled start time. If your booking extends beyond this timeframe, I offer an Extended Care rate to ensure your pet continues to receive the same attentive care. For extensions up to 7 hours, a fee of 50% of the nightly rate applies. If the stay extends beyond 7 hours, an additional full-night rate will be charged.
This policy allows me to provide the highest level of care and attention while maintaining a reliable schedule for all my clients. If you have any questions or need a customized arrangement, feel free to reach out!

A safe and comfortable home-away-from-home for your pet. Whether it’s daytime care while you’re at work or overnight boarding, your pet will receive personalized attention, playtime, and companionship. Perfect for social pets who enjoy interaction in a cozy and loving environment.
